1-2/3 c chili powder
2 T salt
1/2 c cumin
1/4 c granulated garlic
1/4 c dried onion
1 T oregano
3 T arrowroot powder or cornstarch
Mix and store in airtight container.
Use 1/4 c in place of packaged mix.
Makes 17 oz. of mix
