(none since brunch after church)
Potstickers, brown rice and edamame
Pb or almond butter sandwiches, grapes, veggie sticks
Sukiyaki-style beef, soba noodles, dried fruit
Crab sushi, salad or edamame
Baked chicken kara-age, brown rice, broccoli

Supper
Cheese Frenchies, onion rings (oh the decadence)
Baked bean chili, brown rice
Crock pot french dip, oven fries, coleslaw
Tuni-noonie, cottage cheese, grapes
Chicken on a biscuit, salad
Pizza
Spaghetti, salad
